18_Beginner And Intermediate Yoga ClassesWill beginner yoga classes help with my lower back problems?

Most definitely. Learn Yoga step by step with “Local Yoga Studio” methodical, safe and tested methods. The four week series of classes was designed for new yoga students of all fitness levels including those who have never set foot on a yoga mat. We will teach all of the basic yoga poses for a safe and effective yoga class in a step-by-step process with other beginners to ensure you receive the best education possible.

Each week builds on what was learned the previous week, so by “graduation” you will feel more comfortable in any group yoga class. Anyone can do yoga with the right attitude and the right instructor. If you are new to Yoga, start with our Basic Classes. These classes are active but slightly slower moving classes designed for beginners and will even prepare those looking to advance to faster classes.

Ideal for those who have injuries or who have been away from their mats for a while. As you learn or relearn the proper foundation for each pose “from the ground up”, you can return to your practice with new found knowledge and ease.

Best of all each participant will be given a 2 class pass to practice what you have learned between sessions or after the series is over. We have wonderful teachers here at our studio and recommend that you try them all.

Our Yoga classes combine physical activity with breath to reduce:

* Stress

* Control weight

* Relieve lower back pain

* Enhance focus.

Our yoga classes for beginners include a variety of styles and routines that will set you up for success and ensure that you will enjoy yoga and other physical activities for years to come. Our highly trained teachers teach you the fundamentals of yoga including asana (yoga poses) pranayama (yogic breathing) guided meditation and guided relaxation in a comfortable safe environment.

Taking a beginner’s class will help ease your body into a yoga routine that will prepare you for more frequent practice and the more advanced postures. If you have any other questions, comments, or concerns please don’t hesitate to callus at (561) 123-1234
